Family Support Network Caregiver Connections is a support group for caregivers raising a child with special needs which can be physical, behavioral, or medical as well as foster, adoptive or kinship families.
It is a safe place to come and get information about resources and services, learn from other caregivers, as well as socialize with other caregivers.
Bring your questions or concerns. Learn about resources or services to help. And get information on topics of interest.
Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey to help provide relevant and timely information for future group meetings. Click this link to complete the survey https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/iMiMKwHn3x.
