At Region A Partnership for Children (RAPC), we know that families across our region are striving to create a better world for their children. We believe that it is within our mission to find ways to help them provide opportunities for their children to grow and develop to their full potential.

Families succeed when they have access for their children to quality education, community resources, and programs that invest in their stability and wellbeing.

This Year, we are counting on you to SPRING INTO ACTION to Power the RAPC Programs that Build Stronger Families.

Our Mission

Last year, we asked you to stand with us for families in solidarity. That commitment remains the core of who we are. This year we’re asking you to empower us in our efforts by donating to our annual campaign to enrich the programs that reach families.

This campaign isn't just about raising awareness; it is about funding the specific programs that operate on the ground every day.

Region A Partnership for Children Programs support families with:

• Childcare Subsidy for families with lower income

• Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library books – free every month for children through age 5

• Early Care and Education Specialists: Offering free training for early education professionals

• Family Support Network: Supporting families with children who have special needs

• NC Pre-K: Providing free essential early education resources to ensure future school success

• Parents as Teachers: Ensuring parents have the guidance they need to support healthy child development and achieve family well-being

• Salary Supplements (WAGE$) for Childcare Professionals
