Region A Partnership for Children is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Smart Start funded activities for the fiscal years 2027-2028 and 2028-2029. Proposals for evidenced-based activities that will support the early development of children and the goals of Smart Start in the seven westernmost counties of North Carolina will be considered by the Region A Partnership for Children Board of Directors.
