Need assistance in providing toys for your children this Christmas? The Angel Tree is here to help families in Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon and Swain Counties for those children 12 and under.
Families can apply online at www.saangeltree.org starting October 1, 2026 until October 23, 2026. Or in person at the dates/times/locations listed below.
The following documents will need to be uploaded if applying online or brought to the in-person sites:
VALID PICTURE ID FOR PERSON APPLYING FOR ASSISTANCE (Driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
MEDICAID or FOOD STAMP Award Letter with amount and names in the household
PROOF of Disability Reward Letter/SSDI (must include the name of person receiving disability)
