Are you aware that there is a community health center in your county offering a variety of health care services to all? Appalachian Mountain Health offers services such as primary care, behavioral health and pediatrics to name a few. There is even a pharmacy located in some of the centers. Join us to learn more about Appalachian Mountain Health.
What would it be like to have one site to visit and find out what benefits are available to a client you are working with? Join us this month to hear from Code the Dream on their benefits screener. The mobile-friendly platform is designed for direct use by individuals with low incomes, as well as community-based organizations on the front line of this work. The platform looks at areas around long-term benefits such as health care and near-term benefits such as baby supplies.
