The Region A Partnership for Children (RAPC) seeks qualified applicants for a contracted Program Coordinator/Coach for a new Train-the-Trainer Mentorship Program for Trauma Informed Training for Child Care Professionals.
The Purpose of the TITCCP Program is, through mentorship coaching, to develop Trauma Informed Early Educators who utilize a variety of Trauma Informed Best Practice strategies to support healthy social and emotional well-being in childcare classroom settings across Region A.
The Program Coordinator/Coach will be responsible for coordination of each element of the program under the supervision of a Program Consultant.
At least a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Social Work, or a field related to Early Childhood Development or Behavioral Health Sciences is required with at least 4 years’ experience in the fields of early childhood development or mental health with a specialization in working with young children.
